We only Ship product to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 2-7 business days. For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days.
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or no cutting of the weft, if approved. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its natural state . The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
