NOTICE: All orders take 24-72 hours to process. This means we are getting your order ready to ship out. By our store being closed on Sunday, weekend orders may take 48- 96 hours to process.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of all wigs!

 

                 A tracking number will be sent in another email AFTER your order is processed.

 

                 Shipping is is included in the price.

 

                 If you feel this not enough time for your order to be in please do not order your hair online. Give us a call.

 

We only Ship product to confirmed addresses.  The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 2-7  business days. For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or no cutting of the weft, if approved. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its natural state . The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
